So is Byron Bay Chilli Mild Salsa Picante actually mild or picante? Isn’t that a contradiction in terms? No, it’s the best of both worlds, with just a bit of a bite but an awful lot of flavour from a zesty mix of ripe tomatoes, onions, jalapeños and spices. Perfect for the traditional tacos and chips and also well worth a try in gravies and sauces for meat and pasta dishes.

Our spicy tomato, coriander, jalapeno salsas come in two heats, the medium having more chilli than the mild. Both are bitey though, and on the hot side of medium and mild. Our MILD SALSA PICANTE is a little bit of a spicy mix of red tomatoes, fresh onions, garlic and coriander, jalapeno chillies and spices. SALSA PICANTE in meat gravy adds a nice spice to the traditional roast dinner. Stir into marinara and bolognaise sauces for zesty pastas and lasagne.
